Cooperation with other Authorities

Since its establishment, the Capital Market Authority (CMA) has been working to boost mutual cooperation with its counterparties. The CMA has entered into several bilateral Memoranda of Understanding (MoUs) with regulatory authorities in different parts of the world with the aim of boosting cooperation and exchange of information. These MoUs facilitate exchange of training and technical assistance and hence developing the financial markets under the jurisdiction of these authorities.
