Recognizing that the development of individuals and raising productive efficiency at work start with motivating employees at all levels, and as part of its efforts to encourage its employees to raise their levels of efficiency and excellence in their contribution to the development process in the State, the CMA has sought to establish the principle of career motivation, using some physical and moral methods, which express to the employee the extent of appreciation for its outstanding performance.
Since the CMA continuously seeks to maximize the productivity of its employees, it has issued an integrated motivation system combining various forms of material and moral incentives, and called it "Alfursan Career Motivation Program". The program aims at achieving the following objectives:
- Providing an attractive work environment to motivate all employees at the CMA to improve their performance and develop their skills and abilities at the work.
- Promoting the culture of mutual support and appreciation of efforts between the CMA and its staff.
- Raising the moral of the CMA's employees and developing the spirit of institutional belongingness and loyalty, team spirit and solidarity.
- Raising the level of each employee’s production and its implications at the level of collective production.
