The CMA has taken the initiative to develop a comprehensive roadmap for the evolution and promotion of sustainable and green capital markets in the UAE, a matter that will provide sustainable projects with the necessary financing channels through capital markets and achieve the following:
- Providing investors with investment instruments that conform to their ethical, social and environmental values.
- Encouraging companies to improve their practices and disclosure regarding their contributions to the environment and society.
