The Securities and Commodities Authority (SCA) is distributing a questionnaire to measure the level of confidence investors and parties interested in securities have in the regulatory role that it plays to strengthen the investment environment in the capital markets sector, protect investors, maintain market integrity, and gauge satisfaction levels with the efforts made to raise awareness of investor rights.
 
Purpose of consultation:

This questionnaire aims to gather information on what investors think of and how they evaluate the safeguards that the SCA has put in place to protect them, the way it handles complaints, the regulations it introduces in terms of purpose and impact, and whether they are willing to continue investing in domestic markets.
