This questionnaire/consultation was introduced as part of the efforts of the Securities and Commodities Authority (SCA) to listen and respond to customer feedback with objectivity,which positively affects the development and smooth implementation of its procedures in line with international practices

Purpose of consultation:

As the provisions of Board Chairman's Decision No. 19 of 2021, the Authority seeks through Questionnaire to collect comments from licensed companies on the preferred date of calculating the commission and paying it to the Authority.

Decision making:

The Authority will take into account the results, observations and proposals contained through this questionnaire to meet the expectations of those affected by its decision.

18.1% prefer it annually, 36.3% prefer quarterly, 45.4% prefer monthly
