Subject: As a part of SCA's interest to adopt best practices, the authority is evaluating the Financial Activity licensing service to improve the quality of services 

Objective: Improve level of service delivery

Expected decision: Monitoring the level of public satisfaction with the initiatives implemented by the authority in the Financial Activity licensing service


Outcome

  • The total number of survey recipients was (49) participants
  • The final result of the customer satisfaction survey is 82%. The Authority will take into account all comments and suggestions received through this questionnaire to meet the expectations of the target audience with the aim of improving accordingly.
