Subject: As a part of SCA's interest to adopt best practices, the authority is evaluating the Financial Activity licensing service to improve the quality of services

Objective: Improve level of service delivery

Expected decision: Monitoring the level of public satisfaction with the initiatives implemented by the authority in the Financial Activity licensing service

Outcome

The total number of survey recipients was (49) participants
The final result of the customer satisfaction survey is 82%. The Authority will take into account all comments and suggestions received through this questionnaire to meet the expectations of the target audience with the aim of improving accordingly.
