Subject: The Securities and Commodities Authority (SCA) is in the process of issuing a draft of the proposed amendments to the Corporate Governance Guide for Public Joint Stock Companies, which addresses certain articles proposed for amendment in the regulation.

Objective: In line with its efforts to seek feedback from its partners in the financial industry prior to the introduction of new regulations and to regulate and develop the financial markets operating in the country, SCA urges all relevant parties to provide their feedback and input on the draft no later than October 19. It will take such input into consideration when working on the final wording of the regulations. 

Decisions: Taking into account industry feedback applicable to developing the targeted regulation for soliciting industry stakeholders' opinions.
