Subject: The Securities and Commodities Authority (SCA) is conducting a survey to enhance and develop regulations in line with market needs and international best practices.

Objective: The survey aims to gather the opinions of licensed companies about the Chairman of the Authority's Board of Directors' Decision No. (25/Chairman) of 2024 Concerning the Regulation of a Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV), as well as to collect their comments and suggestions.

Expected Outcomes: The Authority will take into consideration all feedback and suggestions it receives, enabling it to meet the aspirations of the industry.

Outcome

The results indicate that most participants do not currently see a need to establish Special Purpose Vehicles (SPVs), although the majority believe that the proposed framework meets market needs and enhances the country's attractiveness.
