Public satisfaction about the awareness campaigns of the SCA's services

SCA runs ongoing campaigns to raise public awareness of its services and offerings and encourage community members to use them. To measure the effectiveness of these campaigns, SCA will conduct a survey to obtain .feedback on the strengths and areas of improvement for its service awareness campaigns 

:Objective

The digital consultation will give community members the opportunity to reflect on their experiences in requesting .SCA services and evaluate the quality of awareness content presented to them

:Expected Outcomes 

Based on the outcomes of the digital survey, SCA will improve the quality of its service awareness campaigns and .enhance related strategies to better serve its customers


Outcome

The survey results showed that most participants found the awareness campaigns organized by the Authority to be useful and effective in increasing their awareness of its services. They preferred social media channels as their main source of information and expressed a desire for more detailed campaigns in the future.
