CMA runs ongoing campaigns to raise public awareness of its services and offerings and encourage community members to use them. To measure the effectiveness of these campaigns, CMA will conduct a survey to obtain .feedback on the strengths and areas of improvement for its service awareness campaigns

The digital consultation will give community members the opportunity to reflect on their experiences in requesting . CMA services and evaluate the quality of awareness content presented to them


:Expected Outcomes

Based on the outcomes of the digital survey, CMA will improve the quality of its service awareness campaigns and .enhance related strategies to better serve its customers
