- The CMA Youth Council candidates.

Training hours
- 84 intensive training hours intended to equip trainees with the knowledge and skills needed to keep up with the future of the financial industry.
- 3 consecutive weeks/6 hours per day for 5 working days a week.
Evaluation of program trainees
- Trainees will take an exam to assess the knowledge acquired based on the learning objectives previously set.
- Trainees will be asked to prepare a research paper on how to improve any of the services provided by the CMA and to make a presentation after graduating from the program.
- Trainees will be informed of their results at the end of the training. Resit exams will be arranged for those who did not pass the first time.
- Trainees have the right to resit an exam only once if they did not pass the first attempt. A pass mark will be given if the exam resit was passed.
- Trainees will get the following certificates:
- Certificate of completion if the course exams were passed.
- Certificate of attendance if the course exams were not passed.
- Graduation certificate if all course exams were passed and certificate of attendance if no exam was passed.
- Exams will be administered by training providers and proctored by the CMA.
After graduating from the program, the trainee may be:
- Exempted from taking the following exams:
- The UAE Financial Rules and Regulations.
- Fundamentals of Financial Services.
- Qualified to act as a broker’s representative as per the conditions and procedures set out by the CMA.
- Qualified to sit for the following international certificate exams, which help with career promotion:
- Fundamentals of Financial Services, offered by the CISI.
- Investment Foundations, offered by the CFA Institute.
