His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, UAE Vice President, Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai (May Allah guard him) honored the Securities and Commodities Authority for winning two awards of Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Government Excellence Award, part of Sheikh Khalifa Government Excellence Program. The Authority has stepped up the honoring podium twice during a ceremony held at the Emirates Palace in Abu Dhabi. His Highness handed the Awards to His Excellency Engineer Sultan Bin Saeed Al Mansouri, Minister of Economy and Chairman of the Authority and His Excellency Dr. Obaid Al Zaabi, CEO of the Authority.
The Authority has won the Award in the following two categories:
• Main Category - Leading Federal Entity - less than 500 employees.
• Sub Category - Administrative and Financial Governance.
