SCA approves registration of Abu Dhabi National Oil Company for Distribution

The Securities and Commodities Authority (SCA) has approved the listing of Abu Dhabi National Oil Distribution Company PJSC as a public shareholding company.
Thus, the number of public joint stock companies registered with the Authority (130), out of which (113) local companies and (17) foreign companies.
