The Securities and Commodities Authority (SCA) announced that under the decision of the Chairman of the Board of Directors No. (4 / R) of 2018, Clause (6) of Article (5) of the Chairman's Decision No. 43 of 2008 concerning Joint Listing was repealed.Article (6) of Article 5 - which has been repealed - stipulates that "The number of shares to be listed on the Market must not exceed thirty percent (30%) of the company's capital."The said clause - which has been repealed - was included in the requirements for listing the securities of the financial free zone companies on the UAE markets.
