SCA agrees to register Khaleeji Commercial Bank under public foreign companies  

 The Securities and Commodities Authority (SCA) agreed to register Khaleeji Commercial Bank, a Bahrain-based joint-stock company, as a public foreign company and to have it subsequently listed on the Dubai Financial Market (DFM).

Consequently, the number of public joint-stock companies registered with SCA amounted to 128, 111 of which are local and 17 are foreign.
