The Securities and Commodities Authority (SCA) agreed to register «Awtad» and «Al Qudra Holding» under private joint-stock companies. There are currently 5 private joint-stock companies registered with SCA.

«Awtad» and «Al Qudra Holding» are both engaged in the real estate industry. However, Awtad is planned to be listed on the Dubai Financial Market (DFM) while Al Qudra Holding is planned to be listed on the Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange (ADX).
