In line with participation in the Innovation Week, the SCA reviews the “Digital Transaction Technologies” and “Advanced Technological Control” solutions

Dr. Obaid Al Zaabi:

Innovation is a deeply-established culture and a life practice in the SCA that enables its staff to move up the career ladder

 The UAE Innovation Week was launched in the Securities & Commodities Authority. Dr. Obaid Al Zaabi, Acting CEO of the SCA, gave the opening address calling upon the SCA employees to anchor the culture of innovation to become a daily culture and a life practice free of any scope or limitations to be observed by all the SCA employees. The CEO pointed out that SCA Senior Management supports the employees who pursue innovation and come up with new ideas, and it sides with its creative employees providing them with all forms of moral and physical support and enabling them to be promoted and to move up the career ladder promptly.

At the same time, Dr.  Al Zaabi affirmed the importance that every employee practices self development and dedicate time to read on a daily basis, whether on the general subject or on his area of specialization, especially on the diverse areas of innovation and creativity so that reading is harnessed to improve the creative thinking and develop innovative initiatives
