Given its role in promoting investor protection; ensuring the best interest of companies and markets; facilitating business processes; and engaging stakeholders, the Securities and Commodities Authority (SCA) announces that it is considering a number of requests submitted by brokerage companies for status regularization extension, including increasing bank guarantee value. Financial markets and licensed companies have been addressed in this regard.
