SCA registers Emaar Development as a local joint-stock company

The Securities and Commodities Authority (SCA) agreed to register Emaar Development PJSC—a company engaged in the real-estate business—under local public joint-stock companies, and to have it subsequently listed on the Dubai Financial Market (DFM).

Consequently, the number of public joint-stock companies registered with SCA amounted to 129, 112 of which are local and 17 are foreign.
