The SCA launches an initiative within the National Program for Happiness and Positivity
And Inaugurates the Leadership Program for Financial Regulators

Dr. Obaid Al Zaabi:
The initiative of raising the Flag on the anniversary of Sheikh Khalifa’s Accession  Day

Anchors the citizenship concept and expresses the cohesion between the UAE People and the Leadership

Dr. Obaid Al Zaabi, Acting CEO of the Securities & Commodities Authority, raised the UAE Flag over the SCA’s building in celebration of the anniversary of H.H. President Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan’s Accession Day, and in response to the initiative of H.H. Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of the Emirate of Dubai.

At the same time, the national anthem was aired on the large screen at the Conference Room in the SCA and on all the computers of the employees in both of the SCA’s branches in Abu Dhabi and Dubai.

The Acting CEO of the SCA kicked off the ceremony with a speech announcing launch of the SCA’s first initiative within the National Program for Happiness and Positivity entitled “Health is Happiness and Giving to the Nation… the 90-day Challenge”. The initiative aims at boosting the spirit of zeal and dynamism at work and teaches the employees healthy habits that increase their immunity and productivity”. Further, the “Leadership Program for Financial Regulators” was inaugurated during the ceremony.
