During the 16th Meeting of Heads of GCC Financial Markets Regulators’ Committee

Determining the subject matters of the joint meeting between the Heads of GCC Financial Markets Regulators’ Committee and the presidents of the markets (stock exchanges)

Prepare a joint meeting between the  Commission of Governors of Monetary Agencies and the central banks

And the ministerial committee of the Boards of Directors of Financial Markets Regulators

  Based on the directions of H.E. Sultan bin Saeed Al Mansoori, Minister of Economy and Chairman, the SCA took part in the 16th Meeting of Heads of GCC Financial Markets Regulators’ Committee (or equivalent) which was held at Manama. H.E. Dr. Obaid Al Zaabi, Acting CEO of the SCA, headed the SCA’s delegate in the meeting. The meeting included the heads of the financial markets regulators in the GCC in addition to H.E. Khalifa bin Saeed Al-Abri, Assistant Secretary-General for the Economic and Development Affairs, GCC General-Secretariat.
