Entities that the Securities and Commodities Authority has officially listed to perform specific functions for public joint-stock companies, investment funds, and the public in accordance with the laws and regulations that govern the provision of technical services to companies operating in the financial market. These include auditors, general meeting organizers, valuators of in-kind contributions, registrars, and other financial services providers, such as financial recommendation providers and telemarketers promoting commodities and securities trading services.
