The Capital Market Authority has developed Resolution on Private Placements for Private Joint Stock Companies (PrJSCs), The Draft Resolution aims to establish a comprehensive regulatory framework governing the private placement of securities by Private Joint Stock Companies through the UAE’s financial markets, to enhance the efficiency, regulating of private placement activities, protecting the rights and interests of investors.Please submit your comments and suggestions by August 17th, 2026,to consultation@sca.ae
