This service enables the fund manager of the local investment fund to submit a request to amend, modify, or update any information contained in the fund’s offering document—whether by adding new information that was not available at the time of issuance, correcting inaccurate details, responding to the Authority’s requirements, or making changes to the offering terms.

Issuance of the Authority’s decision approving the amendments
The applicant must complete amendment procedures under the Authority’s approval and submit the final amended offering document to the Authority.
The relevant fund must have been previously registered or licensed by the Authority.
The application must be submitted by the legal representative of the concerned local investment fund.
The provisions of the Authority’s Board of Directors Resolution No. (1) of 2023 regarding the Investment Funds Regulation, its annexes, and the offering document of the concerned fund must have been observed, in accordance with the nature of the fund and the submitted request.
Approval from the Authority and the unit holders must be obtained in certain cases, if required.
