Amendments to the articles of association of a PJSC

In the event that all documents and information are provided, a certificate announcing the amendment is issued within 15 business days from the date the request is received. This follows a review of the documents submitted and of the wording of the amended articles as well as the approval of the certificate to be issued.

The final certificate is sent to the company’s registered email with the SCA.

The SCA’s procedures end with the issuance of the certificate. The company must then go to the Ministry of Justice to publish the certificate announcing the amendment of its articles of association in the Official Gazette and must provide the SCA with a proof of payment of the publication fees.
