This service enables the public joint stock company to obtain a copy of the articles of association approved by the CMA as a true copy for use with other authorities
1. Submit the application, together with the required documents, via email to governance@sca.ae.
2. Pay the applicable service fees.
3. Receive the certified true copy through the company's email address registered with the CMA.
1. The final version of the Articles of Association to be certified must be stamped by the company, and the CMA must have previously issued a certificate approving the amendments made thereto.

After obtaining a certificate from the SCA approving the amendment of some articles, the new amendments are made to the company’s original articles of association and the SCA is provided with a stamped copy for approval.
Fee calculation is done by multiplying the number of pages of the articles of association by AED 100 per page.
Following SCA’s review, the final version of the articles of association is approved and sent by email. The company may visit the SCA’s Abu Dhabi headquarters or its Dubai branch for a hard copy.
