Required Documents

  1. Submit an application by DGCX clarifying justifications for its request to cancel/ suspend the listing of a commodities / contracts.

  2. Submit the actions that will be taken by DGCX to avoid harming market participants interests using the contracts to be canceled / suspended.

  3. Submit the DGCX's board of directors' resolution regarding approval of cancelling/ suspending the listing of a commodity/ contract.

  4. Submit a draft of the DGCX bylaw amendments to reflect the cancelation of the listing of a commodity/ contract (in case of cancellation only).
