This service enables the Dubai Financial Services Authority or the Financial Services Regulatory Authority to submit an application for deregistering passported foreign investment funds, as per the Passporting agreement.
The application should be sent to Passporting@sca.ae, attached with the required documents, as per (Form 20600).
The CMA will consider the application and may request additional information or documents from the applicant.
Receive a notice of delisting the fund from the register of foreign mutual funds under mutual recognition. If the CMA has objections, it will issue a decision to reject the request.
The foreign investment fund should be licensed by the Dubai Financial Services Authority or the Financial Services Regulatory Authority.
A notification must be sent by the relevant regulatory authority to CMA to cancel the foreign fund from the Authority’s records of registered funds.
