This service enables the legal representative of a local investment fund to submit an application for the deregistration of the passported fund with the Dubai Financial Services Authority and/or the Financial Services Regulatory Authority, as per the Passporting agreement
The application should be submitted to the CMA using the (attached) form, via email: Passporting@sca.ae
The CMA will notify the relevant supervisory authorities to have the fund deregistered and removed from their register of local passported investment funds.
The fund in question should have been registered under the Passporting regime.
The application must be submitted by the legal representative of the local investment fund in question.
The controls set forth in the Passporting agreement should be complied with.
