This service targets the legal representative of the foreign investment fund, who wishes to add a promoter to promote the foreign investment fund registered with the CMA, in preparation of promotion within the state through such local promoter

The CMA will issue its decision rejecting or approving the application.
The promoter required to be added to promote the relevant fund shall be a local promoter licensed by the CMA to practice the activity of promotion and introduction inside the state.
