This service enables natural person to be registered with the CMA as a finfluencer in accordance with Chairman of the Board of Directors’ Decision No. (10/R.M) of 2025 on the regulation of Finfluencer.

You will receive the CMA’s decision of the approval of their registration as a Finfluencer through the approved means, accompanied with the registration certificate
1) The individual must be a financial analyst accredited by the Authority or by a regulatory body equivalent to the Authority, or must hold a CFA certificate and be independent, meaning not employed by any entity licensed by the Authority or an equivalent regulatory body.
2) The individual must be an influencer among market participants, which can be measured based on any of the following criteria: a. Having no fewer than 1,000 genuine followers. b. Possessing financial and technical experience in the financial or investment field for no less than six (6) months
c. Having repeatedly issued previous professional recommendations based on established principles, studies, standards, and analyses. d. Having any of their previous recommendations quoted or reported by specialized third parties, such as media outlets.
