This service enables companies that have offered shares for public subscription, or public joint-stock companies exempt from share offering, to announce their incorporation as public joint-stock companies and to register with the CMA as such
Step 1: Company Incorporation Announcement
- Submit the application via email to (issuance@sca.ae), attaching all required documents
- Pay the applicable fees
- Publish the incorporation certificate issued by the Authority in the Official Gazette and obtain the trade license.
Step 2: Company Registration
- Complete the registration procedures with the Authority
- Receive the registration certificate via the email registered with the Authority
