Required Documents

Document 1: Company Incorporation Announcement (Companies that offered their share for public subscription )
1. A request to issue a certificate of incorporation of the company addressed to the Authority attached with:
- A report from the entity that audited the subscription accounts according to Form (A11
- Acknowledgment by the founders’ committee that the capital has been fully subscribed according to Form (A10)
- A bank certificate confirming the deposit of the amount payable from the company's capital according to Form (A12)
-A statement listing the names of the company’s Board of Directors members and their acknowledgment of compliance with this Law and related resolutions. If the company operates under Islamic Shari’a principles, the statement must also include the names of the Internal Shari’a Supervisory Committee members and the Shari’a Controller, in accordance with Form (A15).
-Minutes of the Constituent General Assembly meeting according to Form (A13).
- A report issued by the Founders’ Committee confirming completion of AML/CFT verification procedures, in accordance with the Authority’s template (C2).
* Exempted companies:
- An application for the issuance of a certificate of incorporation of the company, addressed to the policy, attached thereto
- Decree of incorporation of the company
- Memorandum of Association and Articles of Association
- Financial Statements

-The receipt evidencing payment of the value of publishing the certificate of incorporation and articles of association in the Official Gazette
- A copy of the company's trade license
