This service enables companies that have a promotion license from CMA to register financial products promoted within the country with the CMA.
To submit an application, attached with the required documents via investment fund email address: CIS@sca.ae

CMA will issue its decision rejecting or approving the application
The applicant must hold a license from the Authority to conduct promotion activity.
A clarification from the promoter regarding the nature of the financial product must be submitted using the form prescribed by the Authority.
The promoter must review Article 6 of the Authority’s Decision No. 13/R.M (2021) to check if the promoted financial products comply with the relevant rules on financial activities.
The promoter must submit a written undertaking to comply with the provisions of the Chairman of the Authority’s Decision No. (13/R.M) of 2021 concerning the Rulebook on Financial Activities and the Mechanisms for Regulatory Compliance, using the designated form.
Before commencing any promotional activity, the promoter must notify the Authority of the promotion of each financial product individually, using the designated form.
