Required Documents

  1. An application addressed to the SCA according to form (P-3), accompanied by:

  2. A copy of the company's (office) registration certificate in the list of auditors working with the Ministry

  3. opy of registration certificate for licensed auditors (natural persons) listed with the ministry, plus ID, passport, and residence document copies."

  4. A copy of the trade license issued by the competent authority.

  5. A copy of the professional insurance certificate issued by one of the insurance companies operating in the country

  6. CVs of authorized partners/directors with academic and professional qualifications, audit lead per company/fund, and signature copy (if licensing agents changed)
