This service enables companies to apply for a to-whom-it-may-concern certificate using the data registered in their file
Log in to the CMA’s services portal (and select the service).
Fill out the application and attaching the required documents.
Pay the fees prescribed.
Receive the electronic certificate following CMA's review and approval.
The company’s data should be registered in the company’s electronic file with the CMA and its up-to-date.
If the data contained in the company’s file needs updating, the company should contact the SCA via email governance@sca.ae to update such data.
This can be done through SCA’s e-services. You can print both the invoice and the payment voucher.
The user can download a copy of the certificate from the company’s file in the system after completing the service and obtaining SCA’s approval.
