This service enables local public joint-stock companies to submit a request to the CMA for approval of announcing the opening of nomination to board membership in accordance with the requirements outlined in the Commercial Companies Law and the CMS’s regulations

The company must be a local public joint stock company registered in the country.

A request must be submitted to the Authority at least 3 working days before the expected publication date.
