This service enables the legal representative of the foreign investment fund registered with the Authority and the local promoter authorized by the Authority to promote the foreign investment fund within the country to cancel the approval issued by the Authority for promotion inside the country.

The CMA will issue its decision rejecting or approving the application
The promoter required to be added to promote the relevant fund shall be a local promoter licensed by the CMA to practice the activity of promotion and introduction inside the state.
