This service enables financial market participants to file complaints pertaining to capital market transactions and within subject matters over which the CMA has jurisdiction

Service Process


Conditions & Requirements

The complaint subject must fall within the Authority’s jurisdiction (for details, visit the Authority’s website).

An initial complaint must be submitted to the accused party, with no resolution within 5 working days, unless valid reasons prevent submission.

The complained-against entity must be licensed by the Authority or have had its license revoked without reclaiming guarantees at the time of the complaint. (See licensed entities on the Authority’s website).

Complaints are not accepted if the entity’s license was revoked and guarantees have been reclaimed.

The complaint must not be currently before the court or have a court ruling issued.

No more than one year should have passed since the last disputed transaction or since becoming aware of the incident related to the complaint.

Complaints lacking the information required by Article 12 of Administrative Decision 45/R.T of 2016 will be rejected. (For details, visit the Authority’s website).

The complaint must not have been previously considered with the same parties and reasons, unless there are serious new grounds.

Employment-related complaints between an employee and their employer are not considered.
